WHY IS IT A POWDER?

Because there’s no added water, you get twice as much product, just add your own water!

CUSTOMIZABLE:
The more water you mix with the powder the softer/lighter the exfoliation is, so our unique exfoliant can be customized perfectly to your specific skin preferences and needs.

STAYS FRESH:
No water means your product will stay fresh much longer and no synthetic preservatives are needed.

After cleansing with Skin Essence Organics facial cleanser (Pure or Fresh), mix approximately 1 tsp of powder with 1.5 to 2 tsp of water and gently massage onto skin in a small circular motion. The more water you add to the mixture, the smoother the formulation will be. Relax for 2 to 3 minutes, (optional) reapplying water as necessary with y our finger tips to keep the mask hydrated, and then rinse.

Apply the Skin Essence Organics facial moisturizer of your choice.

For optimum freshness, keep the product dry until time of use.

TIP #1: For those with normal to dry skin, we suggest keeping the mask moist with water or our oils, so that the clays do not dry on the face. Adding a couple pumps of our facial moisturizers is also a great option for extra benefits and hydration. ( Neroli, Nourish, Soothe, Light or Rosehip )

Tip #2: Apply Facial In A Jar to your skin just before having a shower (leave on during your shower). The warm steam will help to keep the mask moist and will open the pores of the skin, allowing the organic, herbal ingredients to better soothe and soften your face.

**For optimum results, apply our NURTURE skin softening mineral mask to your face after exfoliating with the FACIAL IN A JAR ( exfoliant ) for even smoother and softer skin.

Face in a Jar is Really Fantastic!!

I have sensitive skin. I was looking for a facial cleanser that would clean off dead skin cells and such.

When I used it for the First Time, I was Shocked with the Good Results in how my skin looked Clean and how it glowed!!
I could Not believe it was me in the mirror!! That is how much I was Happy and Surprised with the results.

It is a Gentle Cleaner. It does the Job Very Well!! It is Good for someone who has Sensitive or Delicate Skin as I have.

Wow - My skin is glowing!

I recently bought this item as a little pick me up for spring. The winter can be rough in Canada and my skin was sure feeling it. Dull, flakey, and dry. My sister in law recommended this product, and I can’t believe the difference in my skin after one use!! It has life again, feels smooth and I actually have a glow to my skin. My dry flakey skin is gone!

I have always suffered from dry flakey skin during the winter months, a friend of mine swears by the facial in a jar so I thought I’d give it a try. After just one use I noticed a difference in my skin, it helped remove that flakey layer of skin, AND my makeup looks sooo much better now because my skin is soft and smooth!
